Bliss on Broadway memberships are designed to provide guests with consistent self-care, exclusive savings, and a seamless spa experience year-round. By enrolling in a membership, clients agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline billing, benefits, cancellations, and general program policies.
Membership duration varies by tier. Some programs require a six-month minimum commitment, while others operate on a month-to-month basis for added flexibility. The specific term, benefits, and pricing are defined at the time of enrollment. Members are encouraged to review all details of their selected tier before joining.
All memberships are billed automatically through the secure payment processor, Stripe, using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. The billing date is based on the initial sign-up date and recurs on the same day each month. Members are responsible for ensuring that valid payment information remains on file at all times.
If a payment fails, an automatic notification will be sent by email or text message. Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. If payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, the membership may be cancelled automatically.
Memberships automatically renew monthly until the member requests cancellation in writing. Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time, and changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Member discounts apply only to eligible services and retail purchases as outlined in each membership tier. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or third-party discounts unless expressly stated in writing by Bliss on Broadway.
Memberships are available to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. This policy ensures that all members can safely enjoy and benefit from our professional spa environment and services.
Membership pricing is all-inclusive for the amenities and services described in each plan. No hidden fees will be applied. Certain specialized treatments, such as red light therapy, may require protective eyewear, which can be purchased on-site if needed.
All membership payments are nonrefundable once processed. This policy allows us to continue providing exceptional service quality and maintaining a consistent membership structure for all guests. In some instances, Bliss on Broadway may, at its discretion, apply prepaid balances to future services if a membership is placed on hold.
Members who need to temporarily suspend their membership due to travel, medical reasons, or other personal matters may request to place their membership on hold for up to 60 days. Requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.
Bliss on Broadway reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email and will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
By enrolling in a Bliss on Broadway membership and providing payment authorization, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document, including the recurring billing authorization and cancellation policies.
