Spa Reservations & Policies

We understand that life happens. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request 24-hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service total.

No-shows will be charged in full.

For new manicure and pedicure clients, a $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment; it will be applied toward your service.

Spa Arrival

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to unwind and prepare for your treatment.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session, so we may honor the next guest’s experience.

Spa Courtesies

Bliss on Broadway is a sanctuary for peace and connection with yourself or those you share the moment with.
To preserve a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices during your visit.

Your Satisfaction

Your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priorities. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know immediately or within 24 hours so we may address them promptly.
While we do not offer refunds, we are always happy to make adjustments to ensure your experience is exceptional.

Give the gift of relaxation and renewal. Spa gift certificates are available. Gift certificates are the perfect way to share the Bliss experience with someone special.
